So, Friday became not just picture day, but portrait day that would put my senior pictures shoot to shame. After we took our class photo the kids did group shots of twos, threes, fours and then they began the individual shots.
First they had them in their LCI school uniforms, then normal everyday clothes and finally they put them in these little tuxes and white dresses. For my class alone it took two and a half hours of unorganized chaos, plus all of the other seven year old classes. They were using four different classrooms to change and shoot in and keep people in. Pure and Utter chaos!
Why do seven year olds need five different outfits plus several poses in each outfit? Not to mention the photographers scared the kids a little so while they were trying to take the photos the teachers were running back and forth trying to make them laugh and trying to help dress and undress the kids and trying to keep them calmed down and doing something.
