So, I finally did it. I am admitting that I am a $*@(! %)^^#= and have been a whinny wimp the last couple of days/weeks. I took to feeling like a failure for not adjusting immediately well if ya’ll didn’t notice. However, after getting ‘home’ today and typing out my post about Seoul (wonderful place it was) I started to clean. I have been pretty busy in truth and also too depressed; not that this place was that big of a mess, but definitely not up to my standards; so I have been putting it off. It will actually take a couple of days to complete the kitchen (one place I have not touched at all since I moved in). I am soaking some of the pots and pans to get the grease and such off them and some other things that just need a good scrubbing, but with no cabinet space, I can to do only so much at a time. I bought mold remover and am continuing the purge of mold from the bathroom plus more bleach to the floor and toilet and such. I will make this place as comfortable as I can if nothing else.
Thanks Brooke, Brandon, Jeremy, Michael, Janet, and Family for specific encouragement. I am sorry this blog has been kind-of depressing lately…
More to come as always and I posted Seoul pics! There are not many, but they are worthy pics… Also I added a list of words/phrases that I am finding are particularly difficult to explain to the children who range in age from 7 (actually 5) through 13 (11).
